Refund policy

At Magnetic Momma, each photo magnet is made just for you, with your special memories in mind. Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s an issue with your order (like a defect or mistake on our part).

If something’s wrong:
Email us at Katelyn@magneticmomma.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. If it’s our error, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
